GraFX Web solutions will have to create accounts for your event, that will allow users at the front desk to login. Credentials for these users are sent via email. Please check your email, if you are certain that you have not received anything, request again at info@grafx.gr.

Once you login, you just need to hit the “Start Check-in” button.

Then you can start scanning the QR codes on the e-ticket of your participants.

Results:
1. Check-in Success – means that the e-ticket is valid and the participant checked in.

2. Already Scanned – means that this e-ticket has been scanned previously.

3. Not valid QR code – means that this e-ticket does not exist in the database of participants

There can be various reasons that a QR code cannot be read. Please check the following:

  1. If you are scanning from paper, make sure it is not wrinkled, it has enough light in the room and the size is not too small.
  2. Tap on the floating button in the app when trying to scan. That will make the scanning area bigger.
  3. Tap on the screen when pointing the camera at the QR code to Re-Focus.
  4. Ask your participant to show you the email that he/she received and scan from smartphone screen (zoom in).
  5. You can also find the participant from the search function of your admin panel in the computer, tap on his name and then the QR will appear in correct size on your screen. You can scan it from there.
